In August 2005 Patricia Carley was diagnosed with breast and colon cancers. From the initial diagnoses, throughout multiple tests, surgeries, and subsequent treatments she learned this "dreaded diagnosis" could be embraced through humor, thoughtful medical/healing practices and graces.
